Whe constructed around 1910, this massive and architecturally detailed building became an instant attraction on Main Street.  Located just south of the courthouse, it remains one of the most impressive buildings in downtown Rutherfordton. Today the building is vacant but was home to a restuarant for several years. It is currently being considered by several interested parties looking to continue its history.
